GLV would be a very good fit with Siemens Water Technologies or at least the Ovivo water treatment segment.   I would heartily recommend that the company proceed with a value maximization process which would involve selling all or parts of the company.   This would unlock the value that the current arrangement does not account for. They also need a stronger Investor Relations presence.

There are also about 5 or 6 listed on the Nasdaq. They arnt cheap, trading over 20 times earnings, about 2 times book, and about 3 times annual sales. GLV trades at just over 0.10 times its annual sales of $625 million and only 1/3 of hard book.   Its also the case that you do not get full value when there are several business segments under the same listing.   HRX is a good example
