BoliviaIMHO, I think the market is definitely overeacting to the Bolivia business. PAA has about 1.3 Moz Ag production from this country. Bolivia will probably not nationalize mines and if they did, Bolivian mining companies own 45%... what is going on with the share price of PAA?! You would believe that the sky is falling looking at the market...At the present silver price of 13.50 US/oz, I believe this is fast becoming a investment opportunity in the present context.
