Sounds like they're making progerss on Escobal. Phase 3?

It says they submitted the progress report to the Supreme Court of Guatemala - on the PAAS website it appears that is a condition for Phase 3. It isn't clear if it is now in Phase 3 or still in Phase 2?

If Phase 3 that's a pretty big deal!

How many years since the scr3w over of the THO shareholders?  How many more years is it going to take to come to an agreement? IF phase 3 gets solved within the next 6 years ... if it doesn't, the contingency expires AND all those holding those contingency "shares" get nothing!  So, you see, there is a benefit to PAAS to not get this settled! Show me where I'm wrong ...

I never stated that you are wrong and I am right. Present Facts Stage 1 & 2 was where the difficulty was in getting all involved to talk !  Hopefuly Peacefull. Just like current events. I too started with LSG, we had something good happening with plenty of promise BUT one individual sold us out ...... similar to what happened at a mine up the road from Timmins.....
