Share buyback program

Is a good thing for shareholders. This eliminates shares therefore increasing stock price value over time. It is better tan a dividen if management executes their annual plan according to budget.

Yes it is And it can be better than a dividend if as you pointed out that management does their thing. Part of that thing is to get Escobal back on line! Then watch this play fly!!!
