AVF   brings   in   80M -cost  of deal  25.2   is  54.8- 71.8    is     17M       MORE   DEBT  .  Land   and  Drilling  locations    are  only  good  if  you  have   the  capital  to  deploy.   Pace   already  has  hundreds  of  drilling  locations   that   will  be  more  than  sufficient   for  the  capital   they  have  available   no  need   to  add  more  as  they  won't  run  out  of them  any time soon.
