If he has been part of the problem at Pace as part of that team , how can he be possibly part of the salvation through his debt ladened entity Charger ? 19 out of 20 dividend paying oil and gas companies have been unsustainable because the business is capital intensive and the underlying commodities are volatile leaving no room ( or sense) for a sustainable dividend . The only I recall being a success is Baytex .
