PCE getting crushed

Now at a $0.15 discount to the offer.  Looks like "No Voters" are asking to lose money here.  Watch out below when this deal fails.  Next stop $1.00?

The stock is priced for the deal failing.  Look at the lack of a market response to the postponement.  Only Charger needs this deal.  The next AGM will be interesting.
