It was in a press release or md&a , I dont recall which, but I do remember looking forward to seeing the impact on future financials from the revised agreement with shell made as of December 2022.

Under valued
At the current price and assumed debt of $190MM PEA is trading at a flowing barrel metric under $8,000 a barrel. PEA would be an very accretive acquisition.
