Well that was the poorest Quarterly report I have read in somw time. Little and unclear messaging I guess they have no plans to resolve the bottle nect on the 6-30 well.  They didn't give any production forcast whether it will be maintained or continue to deteriorate, no comments on hedging etc,
It's time to review the management and the effeciveness of the Board of Directors there appears to be a lack of leadership and nothing to move the stock.
It's time to purse a recap and change of management as well as the board of directors, the strategic review process was useless and obviously the Management and Board are too comfortable to make tough decisions. The comapny is languishing due to lack of vision and likley in-experience in running a natural gas company.
I can only hope the conference call went better then the press release if anyone bothered to call in.

Dude, look at the cup half FULL..company has one of the better hedge books that kept them in profits this quarter. The deferring of the bottle-neck and furthur drilling makes sense in these low nat gas prices. AECO was $2.50 GJ and now its barely $2..just too much nat gas out there.. On another note, what's this about SHELL providing ammendments to PEA?? why would  they do this when they ...more

Alfred said one of the strategies for the next year is to develop market outside Alberta.  how do you think Pieridae can do that in the next year.   In 2025-2026, Is there a plan or possibility that the NGTL pipeline will be connected to Coastal gaz pipeline? Is there a possibility that the Pieridae gas will be sold for LNG Canada How can Pieridae can take advantage of the future ...more

Oh! that's respond to my question On May 31, 2021, NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) filed an application asking the CER to approve its Firm Transportation-Linked North Montney Service. If approved, this new pipeline service would provide linked transportation between receipt points on the NGTL North Montney Mainline and the new Willow Valley Interconnect delivery point. The proposed ...more

Cup half full is cool. I heard a lot of hype here about multiple full cups. I dont know why anyone would spend on drilling wells when the money you are using costs 15%. Though it is consistent with Sorensen always way overpromising. In this case: we are going to repay and refinance the debt, AND we will launch a drilling program, starting with 3 wells. And if he gets lucky he can deliver on ...more

I'd be pushing shell if I were alfie. I'd tell them no thanks to the $5-$6 sulphur price. I'd let it pile up in the back parking lot for 2 years if I had to. Why would I sell at cost? Or less than cost? Or even barely over cost when I can stockpile and sell at 5X or 10X that price. There must be a futures market. If there isn't some enterprising trading house must want to create ...more

what are you talking about??? i didn't see anywhere this is an option, its called CONTRACTUAL -i suspect as part of selling these assets to PEA.  Ever hear a deal is a deal??? Short of declaring "force majeure"  due to their gas processing plants being off line, they must  oblige or "its see you in court". The current price is hard to find, most web sites ...more

Screw nice. This is survival. If you haven't , and/or alfie hasn't figured it out yet, there is a big surprise coming. Hire me. Watch me. I'd tell shell, no more sulphur. I'm sure the contract requires all sales be done to or through shell. But if it's just stockpiled, or left in the stream for someone else to produce, or any other way I can figure out how to work around those ...more

It's like other deals I've seen done involving long term property leases for companies being taken over. It's very common with financial services companies that occupy a lot of floor space but don't have any valuable, seizable, physical assets. As the acquirer, You go to the landlord if the rent is double the current market and say "I'm not able to pay that rate". If ...more

Yeah, yeah, I know. What can I say, I've had too much spare time lately. All this for a stock I don't even own. LOL. A modest annual stipend and a deserved 1.5 million share option package should cover it.
