As it says on SEDI it was Darren Gee’s 3 kids, not Darren Gee himself who sold the shares.

Not positive still, probably means Darren Gee thinks there is some time until market rebounds and the kids wants to do something. There probably is 2-3 years on these levels, perhaps lower, but long-term its all good and you’re paid 2 cents per share per month for the wait.
