RE:NGTL protocol change

appears on Sep 20, the Canadian Energy Regulator requested coordinated submissions in support of the NGTL protocol change application;
the application was filed by NGTL, Tourmaline and Government of Alberta;

so far, based on electronic filings to the CER, in response to the CER request for coordinated submissions, following additional companies filed letters in support of the amendment
