Their plan? I think they think dropping coal is a good start. Using cleaner fossil fuels as a
bridge to cleaner renewables is good. I don't think they think it will happen overnight but if you
don't start now it will never happen.
The new fashioned people have decided they can't screw it up any worse than the old fashioned
people did. They don't know if they can fix it but they know broken when they see it.

Where is the plan , to replace hydrocarbons ? My plan is to encourage nat gas production to replace Coal Economical and efficient, What is their plan ? More people with their derrieres stuck in hearing rooms blocking necessary projects ?
