So PEY or BIR?

So PEY or BIR?People on this board - I was YOLO'ed into BIR for the last few years and totally missed the peak in terms of selling. 

I still made considerable gains but not as much as I should have. You live and you learn. 

Question is, with the potential upside on nat gas pricing would you put funds into PEY or BIR? 

Looking for some help. I will post the same message on the BIR board to get answers from both sides.
