Stock

Stock may come down due to bought deal financing, but longer term I am looking at it splitting peyto into 2 companies ,as  tourmaline did with topaz energy, as now peyto has so much assets and almost 16 gas plants. Had it not been bought deal financing for just 125 million, peyto would have opened atleast 20 percent up tomorrow. I would buy it next week for delivery if it falls below 12 dollars

Good deal for Peyto. They need the inventory and the improved capital efficiency which I didnt bring up before but was problematic (too much capex just to maintain production). Now they gain production with low decline AND better locations. Obviously Repsol just want out of Alberta dry gas,  abandonment liabilities etc... and they're getting paid? They must be elated. Can't say I' ...more

they don't have anywhere close to being able to have two companies like tou/topaz.
