I hear you buddy.  I’m of the same opinion.  Hindsight is kicking me in the butt because there were so many other opportunities out there that I could have flipped my PG money into.  But I stuck with PG because I respected the management and their strategy.  They really lost my respect when they once again awarded themselves millions in bonuses on top of their already handsome salaries - despite the performance of the share price.  To me this just shows arrogance to the highest degree.  PG management has gotten very comfortable in their positions - at the expense of the common shareholders.
