AssessmentWhile recent news has been more positive than negative, investors remain a bit wary primarily because the company was very conservative in its forward guidance. Management is setting low expectations but business conditions are likely to be decent going forward, after perhaps a weak quarter or two. We think PHO is attractive today given that it has lots of cash, no debt and a decent valuation/outlook.
