This is exactly what I'm grappling with right now. General sentiment on this board seems to be that the offer price is too low and that it should be rejected outright.
If that happens, the question then becomes, how exactly do we move forward with the current management in place accepting and promoting this offer as presented?
Smells like some backroom deals have been made.
