Looking back at 2020 as an example, they cut the dist in half to 10 cents for Q2,3, and 4 (9 months). During that period, the nav hovered between 0 to 65 cents in q2 and $1-3.30 between august and ...more

i'm guessing if erosion of C bank stocks continues in 2024, how could this hold $4? I expect banks won't bottom for a while, we're in a recession and mortgage resets are going to affect ...more

Nav 46 cents, payout 20 cents amonth??

I have other splits but did not know about this one. how can they pay out 20 cents when nav is close to zero - this only happened in 2009 and 2020 as far as i can tell, but huge swings in nav in 2020 ...more

That was just a flash in the pan, gone already. Some refugees from dfn finding out the volume is lower here.  Bid vs ask are farther apart.

Last reported PIC.A was holding 21.5% in cash. Will they use some of that if need be and stick with the .20319 distribution with the NAV below $3 ?
