that knife is very sharp......no bottom yet......point and figure chart says its heading to $5

Not going to happen. $5 is quite silly. At $5/sh: Market Cap would be ~$35m, fully diluted. Enterprise Value would be ~$40m. Relative to trailing EBITDA of $18.0m, or 2.6x. Even if EBITDA dropped in half (not a realistic outcome), EV/EBITDA would be 4.4x. My guess is management would do an MBO at that price, or something even higher. The scared money is getting shaken out and this thing ...more
