Still Packing over 10 BILLION in Debt

That is MORE than $1 of debt for every $1 of hard assets. Cash flow projections are "Adjusted Cashflow" which has no definition in GAAP. Does it not occur to folks that with current interest rates, a 100% debt ratio is more than excessive. There is no "New Paradigm". Excessive debt adds material risk. I wish the longs good luck.
