RE:Dean Edmonton....predicted BANKRUPTCY for ParkLand,,,,,,,

A YEAR AGO on October 8th Dean Edmonton DID PREDICT BankRuptcy for OUR Parkland when the shares were trading at just below $30__and BOTTOMED OUT early November at just below $25

So INSTEAD of Moving TOWARDS BankRuptcy__Our Parkland HAS GAINED about
70% since Last November__While ALMOST Every Thing Else HAS DROPPED Substantially eh !!!!!

RE:Buyback plan needed And Increase shareholders dividend.

You really don't seem to understand how this works. They are packing so much debt no way would the lenders terms allow them to increase dividends, let alone buyback shares. On top of that they don't have enough cashflow to do either without even more borrowing. The NAV of this company is NEGATIVE, once you strip out the value of goodwill. Unless they can dramatically improve their pofitability this company is headed for bankruptcy.
WRONG !!!!!!       WRONG !!!!!!      WRONG !!!!!!     WRONG !!!!!!
