You obviously got burned on your timing. In at $ 18.25 and out way to early years back at $ 24.80 and kicked myself as it stomped up to $ 42.00 haven't owned for long time but have monitored. Anything under $ 19.00 is a deal. Take the dividend and let this turn higher.

Okay for him to blame analysts for the situation the company is in. I have lots of dogs. Many down % wise more then this. Stating PLC is going to ZERO is ridiculous. Sure it has had an ugly year. Throw a dart at the S&P and their are lots of companies underwater.
