why am I not surprised.  the guy who pretends to buy 1000s more everytime the shareprice is significantly further from his initial great value buy and who casts himself as some kind of seasoned vet with a (previous) 95% success rate says he is 90% in oil.  (slap my forehead). 

question: how many guys with any significant amount of wealth are 90% in anything?

answer: zero.

And on another, unrelated point, just because something has fallen, whatever it is plt.un has fallen, doesn't mean its cheap.
