I was thinking the same thing...would be a shrewd maneuver by management... If I was into conspiracies I would say that Parallel is staying silent to fuel uncertainty, drive the price of their equity and debt down, then scoop up the debs for next to nothing. Morally questionable, but perfectly legal...and it ensures their survival then I'm all for it. Having said that, while I would love it if Parallel was the one buying their own debt for nearly nothing, it seems too good to be true
