Canadian NG prices up 11%Perhaps some of us should be remind that PMT is producing and selling gas in Canada.
If you look at Alberta NG spot prices (see below) you will notice a nice 10 days rally
starting from Oct 8. IMO prices are progressing well and in next few weeks PMT management will have the opportunity to sell their production forward at much better prices. Extremely low sentiment we have right now suggests that we at the bottom or very close to it.
I agree that PMT is in the cyclical business and buy and hold strategy may not be a best one here. I have been in and out of this stock since their 26 cents monthly distribution follow up by "shut in" by the Alberta Energy Board and related to the Bitumen problem.
IMO considering the seasonality and sentiment this is a low risk entry. Time will tell.
