The saddest part is the company missed the big picture. Even with all the professinal people the company employs and with all the expertise in the family, the company missed the whole downturn in nat gas market. On top of that the same person was CEO from inception until today. There are many lessons to be learned from this. It will be a good course study. Seems to me, looking at th profit and loss staements, their were red flags everywhere.
