Sequoia Litigation Settled!

Just announced the lawsuit is over. I think they came out in great shape. the money they have been setting aside for payment can now come into earnings and with them paying off those other senior note, Perpertual should start to show some significant earnings increase. I expect it will be much higher 6 months from now.

Nice settlement. Shame about the gas price. I might get back in after LNG.
