By end of year they will have 85% unecumbered asset pool.   Man after 1 year of NCIB adding 0.02 FFO and if they can get FFO above 40 cents next couple quarters with the economy coming out of this interest rate / recession tantrum sell off, then next  run up will be no stopping this one.   Right now it  looks like we will make a higher low around low $13's and head to $16 on the next turn around! buy pmz TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
