Totally agree with you - that PMZ.un has absolutely best parameters when compared to peers in the mall/retail REIT space - leverage, payout ratio, distribution yield, discount to NAV per unit, etc. I think that this will be recognized quite soon - especially when analysts begin to cover this REIT and start to assign Outperform/Buy ratings to it. I just added $61k of units @ $12.84 to the spinoff units I received from HR.un. Very hard to know how much price fluctuation there will be in the next days but things will ultimately stabilize. Cheers!
