Sell off today

I received my PMZ shares into my online trading account today, I am assuming that a lot of people that received their allotment are in a selling mood hence the volume and price drop. I will be hanging onto my position as yield on both is very good and the payout ratios on both are among the highest in the space

May be Friday will be bottom as lots of investors Big small medium getting out of thier new shares hopefully Insiders buying again today to average down from 13.50,s they r down already like some here

Hey Steve! Totally agree with you - that PMZ.un has absolutely best parameters when compared to peers in the mall/retail REIT space - leverage, payout ratio, distribution yield, discount to NAV per unit, etc. I think that this will be recognized quite soon - especially when analysts begin to cover this REIT and start to assign Outperform/Buy ratings to it. I just added $61k of units @ $12.84 to
