RE:RE:$1Yeah, primaris is a great value investment, and Riocan is of the highest quality and scale (development). Both are great securities to add diversification to just holding HR. I agree I would never "sell" - but I sure would roll that capital into HR at opertunistic moments. HR has outperformed the entire sector and imo has much more room to run. Have a great Friday.
