PMZ SHORTS SHOULD BE VERY NERVOUS- HERE ME OUTIf you look at the chart this has gone from low $12's to $16+ and $14.86 in literally 2 weeks, on 2 occassions. That's a pretty big squeeze and 30% upside.    Likely will happen agan with another strong Q3.   Alex Avery knows what  he's doing, this REIT is his baby.  He created it with a best in class reit structure- fantastic balance sheet, 50% payout ratio, institution ownership, internally management, etc.   I cannot wait till Q3 and see this ride $15+ this time as NCIB has increased FFO/NAV again.  SHORTS WILL BURN IN 4.5 WEEKS!!
