RE:RE:RE:Flush certus

I would expect PNE drills 3 or 4 wells this year. All oily wells whether pekisko wells from the previous portfolio or certus wells from the new property.

basically the same as last year but eliminating the gas well or 1 more. It keeps the free cash flow high, mitigates declines and generates enough to cover operating expenses, pays off the loan and cover the dividend. It also would not surprise me to see some drilling a bit later in the year.

my best guess is that the drilling optionality will also allow them to make another Pekisko tuck in acquisition at a cheaper price. Hard to get top dollar if the buyer doesn't NEED more drilling locations.

would be very surprised if we don't see at least one more takeover. Lots of cheap companies out there...

somehow i deleted the word Free when referring to net operating income in the other post. I meant to say it was free cash flow.

trying to come up with how much cash flow PNE does this year has been a little tricky. Looking forward to the Q4 update and Q1 update to get a better handle on how much increased liquids are offsetting the gas price dip.

Kav did you look at the Lloyminster article on BOE reports? Check out the Waseca production numbers by Cenovus. As good as the top Peavine wells put out by Baytex.
