Nice explanation on insider holdings dog

I could have taken all day to write that and it would have been half as clear.

Disbrow was also an investment advisor so some of the shares were held by clients. He held so many he had to report them. Clients take profits, reduce weightings and also die for that matter. Not sure if he is still in the business or not.

I think this is a well managed company where the team is maximizing what the assets will produce without diluting stock as much as possible.

Nat gas is a tough business so sentiment and a dividend cut will make for a dull couple of quarters but for the non trading portion of my accounts I will keep chipping away. Not huge amounts but it will be ongoing. We are not looking at some 3 year long disastrous market trough due to transcanada construction id iocy or a massive bubble in production. 2,3,4 quarters and PNE is off to the races.
