Why Pinetree wants Copper Mesa....

Why Pinetree wants Copper Mesa....

I ain't no financial genius but I would imagine that Pinetree wants them for one of the following reasons:

1) If Copper Mesa has incurred some $40M dollars in losses, then Pinetree can effectively use them to offset some $40M dollars in gains. This would effectively mean that CUX is worth at least $40M/100M shares or ).40$/share so at 0.05$/share, CUX is a steal.

2) Perhaps they were able to get their property in Ecuador for them by wheeling and dealing on their behalf. CUX traded as much as $20/share so this property must be worth a fortune.

3) Pinetree feels that CUX is insanely underevaluated and sees a huge potential rise in price with very minimal risk. They effectively bought 10M shares at an average of 0.02$ for a 200K$ investment into something that can potentially be worth anywhere from 40$M to 100$+M.

I think Pinetree know something that we don't and this seems to be a real sleeping elephant. I'm sure that this will be trading over a dollar in the next 12 months. Good luck to all, happy holidays and make sure to hide some CUX shares under your tree.
