ETF = PNP ???

ETF = PNP ??? I have a question here:

People say PNP is much like mining ETF,  So I looked at XGD and other ishares base metal/ energy ETFs even small cap ETFS.... they are all trading as NAV daily.

Is PNP undervauled that much or a TRAP here?
