Timer shareholder 0702232 B.C. increases holdings
TES.v is now PON.v and look at the date of acquisition
and the date on the closure of the PON deal.
INL.v is next as they are the same group and loading up
just the same. IMO

0702232 B.C. Ltd. has acquired, by way of private agreement, ownership and control over 1.27 million common shares of Timer Explorations Inc. Prior to the transaction, 0702232 B.C. had ownership and control over 1,272,500 common shares of the company, and no principals of 0702232 B.C. had ownership or control over any securities of the company. As such, 0702232 B.C. has 2,542,500 common shares, representing 19.08 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of the company. 0702232 B.C. has its
business office located at 4567 Holly Park Ct., Delta, B.C., V4K 4S7.
The company understands that 0702232 B.C. acquired the securities for short-term
investment purposes. The company understands that 0702232 B.C. has no present intention to acquire further securities of the company, although it may in the future acquire or dispose of securities of the company through the market, privately or otherwise, as circumstances or market conditions warrant.
