pot takeover

pot takeoverplease don't buy into this nonsense takeover offer. many reasons. first off who can buy potash corp. agrium is not big enough, cf is too small and BHP is definitely not putting an offer in after they got rejected by Canadian govt. second low prices are here to prevail and potash corp is only going down from here. I wouldn't be surprised in a few years if this stock is trading at $10. third even if there is an offer max someone is going to give potash corp is 30 billion. well they have 9 billion debt and the remaining 21 billion / 839 million shares equates to $25 per share only. the board wont be accept it. they didn't accept a 40 billion offer in 2010 which I think came to 43 per share. not worth wasting time on.
