POU will buy all of Nuvista

POU will buy all of Nuvista
If they wanted to cherry pick they would not of bought the shares, they would of went straight for the assets of NVA. The banks will not really go for any deal making that makes them one bit less secure or makes the situation more complicated.

If the banks call NVA debt the equity goes to zero, the bonds are already trading at 60 cents on the dollars, they are balancing on a cliff about to go over.

NVA needs to do a deal, and the only one at the table is POU. NVA  with be a laxative for POU and once it is purchased all the guys like enterusername will lbe expelled from this board

I think the deal will be cash and stock, and will likely be done this week. ENTERUSERNAME forgot his password and will likely leave soon as well
