RE:RE:RE:POU big WeekI don't thik NVA can split up the company with an asset sale, it could risk the value of the share capital/putting the market cap at risk. POU owns 40 million shares they already and already have a 32 million dollar investment in NVA, they don't want to destroy that capital. They don't want NVA shares to go to 20 cents unless it is so they can buy the rest of them.
All or Nothing
Thats my guess, either sell the shares and take the share appreciation for the cheap share purchase (61 cents), or buy the whole company it fits like a glove.
I don't know how a company can spin you our an asset because you own 20 percent of the shares makes any sense, it doesn't make sense to me, it impacts banks and other shareholders.
What makes more sense is something like this, POU buys NVA and spins out some assets to Topaz, maybe?
I think it will be a great deal at a great time.
What do analyst rating mean anyway?
Nuvista has a buy rating put forth by many analysts but the banks chopped their legs off in may, and they are now in a positioned where they are forced to sell, does that make any sense.
IMHO
