POU big Week

A big week ahead in my opinion.

enterusername - sold out of nuvista and has nothing better to do the troll on POU board because that was his only stock holding.

NVA - i expect the buyout is going to happen pretty quick, either this week or early next week. I am not worried to much about dilution with the principles of the company own 50% of the stock we are well aligned.

POU could easily produce between 80-90 thousand boe next year on its own. add 50-60 thousand for the NVA addition you have 150,000 boe company.

150,000 boe with 1.4 billion in debt, sound pretty good to me.

The deal is done in my opinion, and the writting is on the wall for trolls like enterusername, soon he has no investment here, i think he is upset because of his NVA losses.

IMHO

I wonder if Topaz finds a way into this deal!

I suspect NVA being up for bank review time is suspect timing... pethaps pou wanted to have leverage on them (by making a significant investment in their shares) and then swoop in when the bank is forcing them to unload assets at a distressed price and pick up the stuff pou wants (owning 20% of the company at that time helps pou get first dibs on assets). We'll see but that is what some ppl ...more

I don't thik NVA can split up the company with an asset sale, it could risk the value of the share capital/putting the market cap at risk. POU owns 40 million shares they already and already have a 32 million dollar investment in NVA, they don't want to destroy that capital. They don't want NVA shares to go to 20 cents unless it is so they can buy the rest of them.  All or ...more

Dunno HP. But Here's what i was thinking. If pou can add 30 to 40,000 boes from nva from getting just the assets it wants and in only costs pou $40 million in shares it already bought (maybe it already sees those as a sunk cost?) plus maybe another $50 to $100 million in cash actually buying the assets from nva at a super distressed price (If and only if the bank has given NVA no other choice ...more

Im just spit balling the prices they would have to pay to buy assets from nva. I really have no idea on what it would cost pou but depending on how desperate they might be to raise funds might determine what they do?

Robert you are on to something with that post.

POO needs to sell assets. JR created a 750 000 000$ debt and must decrease it .

you should do your dd. NVA is paying off 50 to 60 mil in debt this quarter . but then again...your only holding is pou ...

My guess is that Topaz does a royalty deal with Pou. Guess only.
