RE:RE:RE:RE:POU big WeekDunno HP. But Here's what i was thinking. If pou can add 30 to 40,000 boes from nva from getting just the assets it wants and in only costs pou $40 million in shares it already bought (maybe it already sees those as a sunk cost?) plus maybe another $50 to $100 million in cash actually buying the assets from nva at a super distressed price (If and only if the bank has given NVA no other choice but to sell its assets at massively distressed prices in order to pay back it's debts). I'll take that scenario over buying the rest of nvas bloated assets at $80 or $90 million PLUS assuming its $300 to $400 million in debt if we take out NVA outright. Scenario b makes a whole lotta sense plus as rayjay said, this is similar to how pou acquired Redcliffe assets way back when so there is precedence with this strategy from POU. Again just my opinion but we will see. I just feel like there's something amiss and JR will pull off another fantastic deal here when all is said and done.
