Paramount Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based energy company. The Company explores and develops both conventional and unconventional petroleum and natural gas. It also pursues longer-term strategic exploration and pre-development plays and holds a portfolio of investments in other entities. Its principal properties are located in Alberta and British Columbia. The Company's operations are organized into three regions: the Grande Prairie Region, located in the Peace River Arch area of Alberta, which is focused on Montney developments at Karr and Wapiti; the Kaybob Region, located in west-central Alberta, which includes the Kaybob North Duvernay development, the Kaybob North Montney oil development and other shale gas and conventional natural gas producing properties, and the Central Alberta and Other Region, which includes the Willesden Green Duvernay development in central Alberta and shale gas producing properties in the Horn River Basin in northeast British Columbia.

2021 a Transformation Year

2021 Hightlights and Things to look forward to.

North Duvernay wells are now being drilled for 6-7 million dollars.
Murphy/Athatbasca now feel their billion dollars spend has derisked the duvernay.
Shell purchased all the fringe pieces around POU land, maybe 2021 they come for dinner.
Shell well designs are being compromised going around POU land.
Wapiti, has 30,000 spare boe of capacity, and I am sure they will figure how to filll it.
Karr with hit 40,000 boe and be the most economic Montney play in existance.
Op costs will see big declines in 2021 as factors of scale kick in.
East duvernay shales, wilesden green duvernay, is another multibillion dollar play opportunity.
Waterous will have to pay up, 120 million should settle things just fine.
