POU is simply way to cheap hear and people should be gobbling it up.  The average cashflow per well at karr is somewhere in the neighborhood of 35 million dollare, the cost the of the last wells drilled is 7 million dollars.  Buy now that you get the chance, it will not last long. IMHO
