100 million in Liquidity
POU is going to add 100 million liquidity to NVA balance sheet when they buy them, or maybe they already have.
The NVA bond were trading at a 40% discount to face value, buying the bonds first then picking up the equity, ensure POU when they buy NVA they will be even more room on the balance sheet.
That is about 40 cents a share discout, based on the 61 cents pou paid for the stock that would represent buying the shares at 20 cents.
NVA - life is short and then your dead.
