The lucky thing for NVA is that POU will throw it a life perserver, and buy all the shares however at what price? So my guess is 93 cents. 

So my guess is 30 million shares  6 nuvista for 1 POU (47 cents) + 46 cents cash a share. 

82 million dollars, about 3 million or so less then they are getting from Strathcona.

I believe JR and co would go for that deal HP. However it remains to be seen. Isn't it possible POU would use it's ~20 % influence in NVA to cherry pick the assets they only want? Like you or rayjay said, taking them over outright would mean acquiring assets they likely don't want or need PLUS assuming all their debts etc. Perhaps they only want to make a deal for the assets they want
