Why have insiders here been sellers of POU in 2019 all the way throught 2020 ans now?

Entertain - Riddell holding company took down 95% of a flow through in December 2019. I know that because I couldn't get a lick of it. If you are worried about a few thousand shares sold by Bernie or some others, you need to grow a set.

I mean Bernard wasn't stupid, he still has ~225,000 shares (as of December 25th).

Agreed. There are times when you need to sell a few but that doesn't mean you have lost confidence etc
