It like this gas is meant to be flared, it remindes me a lot of hot air, get the jest? POU has 134 million share and a NCIB buy back in place, and over 2 million acres of land. So TOU is a good company no question about that, but pou is way more liquid rich on a boe basis, and TOU is all about gas. Everything POU is more accretive to the shareholders, and they have a list of opportunity longer ...more

i just thought it was interesting. the company that UNDER promises and OVER delievers trades cheaper than the company that OVER promises and UNDER delievers. fascinating.

Your right uncutgems, i really don't understand why TOU trades at the multiple it does. Do you realize that ARC has almost 3X the liquids TOU does, and it is my guess that they will have more FCF this quater than TOU? q2, and even more in Q3 if the prices keep strong.  What gives i think the market thinks POU's  JR is a rock star, and because Mike Rose is his brother in law they ...more

I'm just gonna call you gems. Gems, I could care less what the value might be for clearwater or any other cavalier based oilsands leases. To me, the real value of POU is in their core assets and investment portfolio (excluding cavalier). Those assets alone are what will drive POUs share price going forward IMO. I didnt buy into this company for 'might be worth' oilsands or any other ...more

And second to that, I put quite a lot of value into what Raymond and Hp have to say about POU and O&G in general. they've followed this company and posted on this board for a long time and have many excellent insights, so if they post something, you can bet I'm listening to what they have to say.

I think a lot of the arc shareholders just realized they are treated better over at tou. I don't just go by the Amount of liquids. I go by how much cash do you produce?  tou has the lowest cost liquids rich wells. those alberta liquids rich wells, each one takes a king's ransom to DCET. tou has perfected the art of efficiently turning resource into CASH. NE BC wells are much cheaper ...more

UnCut you are becoming unhinged, clearly you are out of touch regarding Cash Flow, Condensate has traded up in the mid 90's making every 6 boe of gas = 1 boe of condensate.  So if POU produces 50,000 boe/day of condensate/oil  that would equal 300,000 boe/day of TOU production That means ARC 90,000 boe of condensate/oil is of more value that all the gas put together that TOU ...more
