When the company did the private placements, I decided that POU was not a long term hold for me. As of yesterday I am out and have deployed the capital elsewhere.

It is kind of like this, you have to be comfortable that you are 100% aligned with management, i feel that way. Their private placement, they do also keep thier control position in the company, and private placement are done in response to bank demands and demands on the business, not because they want to. In a manner than can executed without a huge and costly process.  I am comfortable

Interesting to hear adios comments. Shocking really. Covid is the only thing in the way of pou. If you think the global economy shuts down then sell. If you dont the global economy will shut down then this is the last opportunity to buy cheaply.  Almost debt free. Free cash flow now and for the next 5 years.  Adios pou because JR funded the private placement to get the banks off our back

This is just to egg on uncutgems - 6.3 years for Tou to do the same even after topaz spin-off. Dunno about you but I think 4.3 years to go private is 50% better than 6.3 years. I'm sticking to my home cooking. Keep gobbling up these shares. When the consensus wakes up .... look out.
