Strong balance sheet presents big opportunities

I just looking at NVA trade at $10.97 and thinking about POU with Cash on the balance sheet and about a billion dollar undrawn line.

Also we know there is two other big holders of NVA stock one being Nine Points partners.

Today would be a great day for them to sell their position to POU for maybe for a bit of a premium over market price and redeploy the capital while the market is flat on its back. 

Down days present opportunities, and this may be the opportunity for POU to tighten the noose a little bit. 

POU has positioned itself so that it can pounce, and i would not be surprized that NVA could be in play, when would be a better time.
